Using a therapeutic blend of oil, the glo back and shoulder Swedish massage helps relieve tension and aching muscles. A quick massage with fantastic tension-busting results.

Indian Head Massage (15, 20, 30 minutes)
An oil-free, fully clothed massage that is received in a regular chair and targets the most common stress areas:  shoulders, upper arms, neck, head and face. A perfect refresher.

On-Site Massage (15, 20, 30 minutes)
A relaxing yet revitalising massage that takes place in a specifically designed supportive chair.  Tension is released by massaging specific stress points on your back, neck, shoulders and arms.

Reflexology (30, 45, 60 minutes)
This pressure therapy treatment  is applied to the feet.  Your Glo therapist will set to work massaging specific reflex points in your feet which help improve circulation, reduce tension and de-tox.  Toetally heavenly!

For the face:
The Glo Mini Facial (20 minutes)
A mini pampering  facial for every skin type. Your skin will be cleansed, exfoliated and moisturised for the most refreshing pick-me-up.

The Glo Feel-Good Facial (30 minutes)
A relaxing facial for every skin type that includes cleansing, exfoliating and moisturising topped off with a shoulder massage to ease away any tension.
